Alli's Favorite Protein Packed Salad Recipe:

What You Need:
2-3 Cups of Your Favorite Lettuce or Spinach Leaves
1 Tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Flax Seed Oil
1/2 of a 5.5 oz can of Low Sodium Light Chunk Tuna in Water (may substitute 4 oz grilled chicken or 3.5 oz grilled turkey)
1 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
1 dash of sea salt
Pepper to taste
.5 oz unsalted or lightly salted nuts
4 oz sliced/chopped apple


Directions:  Drain tuna.  Combine the tuna and Balsamic Vinegar.  Add in the apple and nuts.  Top the lettuce with this mixture. Combine the flax seed oil, lemon juice, salt, & pepper.  Drizzle over the salad.  Enjoy!
